Spring Move-In for Returning Students

Have your Cane Card with you upon arrival.

If you lost your Cane Card, you must go to Canes Central to get a new one prior to checking in at your residential area.

  • Move-In Day

    Arrive to campus anytime after 8 a.m. on Wednesday, January 8.

  • Move-In Time

    Please arrive between the hours of 8 a.m.-10 p.m., when the residential area desks are fully staffed and operational.

  • Arriving to Campus

    Whether you arrive to campus on January 8 or after, you will check in directly at your residential area’s front desk. You must first go to the front desk so you can officially check in for the Spring semester, and have access to your space re-programmed to your Cane Card.

    Check-in at your individual area desk 
    • Be sure to arrive between 8 a.m.-10 p.m. when the desk is open 
    • Have your Cane Card access programmed for your housing assignment 
    • Check out a cart if needed (limited inventory available) 
    Parking
    • Parking restrictions will be lifted until the first day of class
    Reminders  
    • Please review the mail and package policies in the Guide to Living On Campus 
    • Mailing addresses and associated instructions have not changed
