Resident Assistants (RAs) are live-in student leaders who serve in our residential colleges. They provide support, continuing experiences, and engagement for on-campus students that promotes community and success at the University and beyond.

Lead Resident Assistant is an internal position. They are student employees who have been promoted from Resident Assistant. The lead role is responsible for guiding and supporting a team of RAs in their building, providing mentorship and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Only current Resident Assistants are eligible for this position.

Information Sessions
All those looking to apply for a Resident Assistant position for the upcoming academic year must attend an information session. In this session, you will learn about the position and have an opportunity to ask any questions about the application process and position. In-person and virtual information sessions will be available.

After attending a mandatory information session, candidates will receive a personalized email to the application form and further instructions. All application submissions will be due one week from time instructions are given.
