Programming Assistant Programming Assistant

The Programming Assistant serves as a programming resource to staff and students and supports the educational, cultural, and social programs of a residential college. The core functions of this position are creativity, logistics, problem-solving, coaching, administration, and data analysis. The PA works with the Area Director, Assistant Area Director, Office Supervisor, and Resident Assistants to engage residents through the on-campus experience.

The current compensation starting rate is $14 per hour. The University follows the State of Florida minimum wage guidelines, and effective in September, minimum wage is scheduled to increase to $15 per hour.
