First Year Fellow

What is a First Year Fellow?

First Year Fellows (FYFs) are student leaders who serve in residential colleges that support students with the academic transition to college, assist with general academic planning and advising questions, connect students to campus resources, and serve as an academic peer mentor.

Virtual Information Sessions

All those looking to apply for a First Year Fellow position for the upcoming academic year must attend an information session. In this session, you will learn about the position and have an opportunity to ask any questions about the application process and position.

How do I apply?

After attending a mandatory information session, candidates will receive a personalized email to the application form and further instructions. This email will be sent to candidates starting mid-November. All applications will be due Friday, December 15, 2023 at noon.
