Centennial Village

Coral Residential College is part of the second phase of the multi-year plan to modernize campus housing and is one of the five residential colleges that make up Centennial Village. Coral Residential College, along with Ibis Residential College, stand in the footprint of what was once Hecht Residential College. Coral Residential College is made up of 10 floors of co-ed residential floors. Coral and Ibis Residential Colleges are connected on the first and second floor by a dining hall and recreational and communal space.

Amenities

Bathroom Each floor has wet-core style bathrooms, meaning the bathrooms are communal and shared, but fully private.  
Laundry Community laundry is on nearly every floor. All laundry is included in the rental rate.
Recreation Rooms The second floor is home to recreational spaces, including a billiards table.
Meditation Room A quiet space to relax and reflect is located on the second floor.
Music Practice Rooms Located on the shared second floor and available to both Coral and Ibis Residential College Residents. 
Outdoor Terraces Located on both the second floor and on select residential floors, the outdoor terraces provide residents the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors in a unique way and showcase the beauty of Centennial Village and the Coral Gables campus.
Study Areas Multiple study areas are located on each floor. The first and second floor also have communal study areas. 
WiFi Campus WiFi access is available throughout the entire building.
Secure Entry Residents must swipe their Cane Cards to have access to residential spaces.
Vending Machines Vending machines are located on the first floor.
